Van Rental Contract

Rules and Regulations
 

• The van rents for 1-4 days per week

• Pick up and drop off is at the same location in Maryland

• Major credit cards will be charged a $200 reservation/incidental fee

• Incidental fees are refundable within 2 weeks when van is returned in same condition it was rented

• Valid drivers license and proof of  insurance is required for renter and additional driver

• Renters and additional drivers must be over the age of 25

• Van seats 12 passengers  including a storage bin in the front seat

• The SUV's seat 7 passengers with retractable seats for extra storage 

• The pre-assessment of the vehicle includes mileage, gas gauge, and photos of the condition of the vehicle.

• The post-assessment of the vehicle includes mileage, gas gauge, and photos of the condition of the vehicle

• Renters can travel up to 600 miles during their rental, any excess miles will be charged a fee of $1 per mile unless other wise discussed.

• The Contract can be printed and emailed to ecevanrentals@gmail.com along with a photo copy of your Driver's License and Insurance Card.
